During the summer, Little Red Train Private School changes its name to Camp Red Arrow - a safe, fun, and affordable camp filled with a full range of activities for children ages 3 to 8.· The camp program takes place indoors in air conditioned rooms, and outdoors on our playgrounds and school fields.

Children who attend Camp Red Arrow participate in many activities every day. Some of our camp activities include sports (where children are taught about the basics of the game and fair competition), dramatics, arts and crafts, and dance. We have two swimming pools where children are taught to swim by certified lifeguards and instructors. Our younger campers use the smaller of the two pools to splash around in and cool off.

Special features of our camp include weekly camp trips to fun events and places such as farms, amusement parks, theater, and more. The end of camp is recognized by special events - Carnival Day and a Dance Showcase.

Since our camp program stems from our school program, our staff consists of licensed teachers and experienced counselors. Having licensed teachers on staff allows us to offer remedial reading and math for those children who are in need of extra help with their schoolwork during the summer. Our children just love coming back year after year.

• Children to age 10 can attend if younger siblings accompany them.
